Pool Gallery in San Jose

Our side gate is 34 inches wide and two other builders walked away from the job. These guys measured it, planned a mini excavator and a conveyor, and built the pool anyway. The 3D model was accurate down to the bench.

Replaced a 1990s single speed pump and reprogrammed the whole system to run overnight on our rate plan. The pad is quiet now and the bill difference showed up in one cycle. They explained the schedule instead of just installing it.

Full remodel on a pool from the seventies. Pebble interior, porcelain paver deck, new coping. They found a cracked skimmer during demolition and showed it to me before repairing it rather than burying it under new plaster.

Heat pump for the pool and a small gas heater for the spa, which is what they recommended after I asked for one big gas unit for both. Swim season went from about ten weeks to most of the year and the running cost is not close.

Nos explicaron todo con calma y en español, y el presupuesto no cambió ni un dólar. El acabado de piedra quedó precioso y la cuadrilla dejó el patio limpio cada día.

Hillside lot with a vanishing edge, which meant retaining walls, a surge tank and a lot of engineering. They handled the soils report and the plan check and the edge is dead level. Not cheap, and worth it.
